When you place a booking with us, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept on behalf of your guests the following terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking with us.
Your reservation with Ask about Mogan is made once your booking has been confirmed by us (with a personal email from one of the workers from Ask about Mogan).
The booking deposit is 50% of the total price of the reservation. The confirmation of the booking is confirmed when the money is on our bank account. ( if money not taken of credit card within a week contact us to see if booking received or if it is confirmed by one of the workers of Ask about Mogan. ) if money is not taken off or you have not paid the deposit within the 7 days, the booking is not confirmed and is cancelled. Any doubts contact us.
The balance is due one month before arrival, failure to pay this may result in the cancelation of your holiday and forfiture of your deposit.
Cancellation must be recieved by email. If you cancel after we confirm your booking, you must compensate us for losses, as we incur costs from the moment you make the booking.
The closer your cancellation is to the departure date, the less likely we are to recover the costs by re-selling the holiday. Our cancellation charges therefore increase as the departure date approaches.
If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, any losses must be claimed directly from the relevant insurance company.
-Reservations canceled 90 days before arrival: 100% refund (excl admin costs)
-Reservations canceled 30-89 days before arrival: 50% refund
-Reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival: no refund
Holiday insurance is the sole responsibility of each individual client. The agent accepts no liability for loss, damage, personal injury or the cost of medical or other treatment.
Change of booking:
If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be recieved in writing.
If one of you withdraws from the holiday, someone else can take their place providing they satisfy the conditions of the original booking.
It is strictly forbidden to sublet the apartment in the same way is not allowed accommodate more people agreed and included in the booking unless notified and agreed.
Failure to meet this condition, the guest will be invited to leave the apartment without being entitled to any compensation.
Arrival and departure:
Check in time is from 16.00 onwards and check out before 11.00.
Late check in after 10PM is extra charge of €10
All apartments will be handed over clean and tidy to our guest’s.
Before check out our guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied.
If not, the agent may charge an additional cleaning charge.
Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your guests or invitees will be charged.
From time to time, building work and the associated noise is unavoidable. We do not control such work and we do not receive advance notification of when such work will commence.
We will notify you as soon as we are made aware of any building work that may affect your holiday. However we will not offer compensation.
If you have a complaint:
If you have cause for complaint whilst on holiday, this must be brought to our attention of the agent immediately so that action can be taken to rectify the problem.
Unless there is a valid reason why you failed to report your complaint to us, the agent will not consider themselves to be liable for those complain
regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the relevant authority.
